Billing Information

  • There are multiple ways to pay your bill, no matter how you pay you will not be charged an extra fee.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for payments to be posted to your account.

  • If your account has been canceled, please call our office with your confirmation number to resume service.

  • To sign up for paperless billing, please call us or sign up online.

To pay by online, click here to go to our billing website.
If you are using our billing website for the first time, you will need your customer number and access code.
At no time will this website ask you to pay an additional fee.

Authorize.net, our processor for customer payments are making some changes to security protocols. These changes may require an update to newer versions of Windows and/or newer versions of the internet browser that customers are currently using.
The end user who is trying to log on to make a payment will not be able to make payments if they are using Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2003. Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2008 or Server 2012 should be used. Internet browsers should be updated to use the latest version of Internet Explorer/Edge before 2/12/18. If another browser is being used, it should be updated to the latest version available, but Internet Explorer/Edge also need to be updated.
