Thoroughbred Disposal (TBD) is located in Fayette County, Kentucky near the Clark County, Kentucky line approximately one mile off of  Interstate I64. (TBD) is a 60 plus acre landfill and is permitted to take construction and demolition debris from a 15 county area.
