Residential Service Notice:

To All CKY Hauling Residential Customers:

CKY Hauling truly appreciates everyone’s patience with the trash and recycling collection delays you have experienced last week from the snow and ice storms. This week we are running our normal routes and are collecting last weeks and this week’s trash and recycling. The extra volume of material is causing routes to run behind on a two (2) to four (4) hour delay. If we are unable to complete a route within our Department of Transportation work hour restrictions, we will be back the following morning to finish the previous days routes. Please be sure to leave your trash and recycling carts out. If we have been unable to service a street on Monday or Tuesday due to any remaining icy conditions’ we are rescheduling those streets for collection later in the day or in the week so, please leave your trash carts out.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delayed collections may have caused you. Thank you for your patience as we work to maintain safety in your community.
